Fyi, if you remember this one, the problem turned out to be the fact I wasn't online at the time, nothing to do with user accounts at all! The error message there was misleading. It should have said 'you need to be online to install this'. Same thing happened with SpyBot. They like to phone home these days, eh? I know what that's about after having to install XP files on an older PC to set up a network. Then that computer couldn't get online either - until I found the pesky registry entry, put there by XP, and stopped it. Then it was back to normal.
