Have you tried the drivers from the Alesis website? I have a multimix albeit a FW12 but that's older technology than the USB versions of the multimix and I have drivers that work on Windows 7 x64, so you should be able to get drivers for yours without any problem. ASIO4ALL isn't a driver as such, as I understand it - it's a wrapper for WDM drivers that will look like ASIO drivers to Sonar. I no longer use it as my set up has changed but I had great success with it on my older set up.

It was better than the ASIO or WDM drivers for me and may or may not work for you, but you'll still need the original Alesis WDM drivers to use that.
